| 職責及要求： | Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to engage and connect individuals with our church community
• Build and maintain relationships with existing church members, encouraging their active participation and involvement
• Coordinate and support various church programs and events to foster community engagement
• Collaborate with church leadership to develop and execute outreach initiatives
• Utilize social media platforms and other communication channels to promote church activities and engage with the wider community
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, including newsletters, brochures, website, as well as social media content
• Provide administrative support as directed by the Senior Pastor
Qualifications:
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese Chinese is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• A genuine passion for church ministry and a heart for connecting people with the mission of the church
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and connect with diverse individuals
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using social media platforms for engagement and outreach purposes
• Previous experience in church ministry, community outreach, or related fields is an advantage

- 有青少年工作經驗更佳；
- 具備組織和領導能力，能夠計劃和組織活動、指導和激勵青少年參與；
